Expected behavior

DRAFT.EXE is the schematics editor of electronic designs

Additional context

Happens the same with other dosbox as v0.74-3 in windows and Ubuntu 20.04. Dosbox-x fails in both op. systems to. But in the past, I could open Orcad 1986 DOS in Wxp with no problem, but I don't remember DosBox version at that time.

You did not attach the version of ORCAD you use, so I cannot test it directly. But I downloaded ORCAD from the following URL, and typing either DRAFT or ORCAD appears to work:

Hello,

I test this operating systems and computers: Olivetti with I5 cpu Win10 = Fails Asus laptop with Ryzen7 Ubuntu 20.04 = Fails Lenovo TS200 Winserver 2019 datacenter = Fails Lenovo P620 amd Threadripper Pro 3945WX Ubuntu 20.04 = Fails Idem P620 with Ubuntu 21.10 = Fails

But work well with this old Computer: Dell Optilex 740 renoved with amd Phenom 4 cpu and nvidia card (motherboard card off) with Ubuntu 20.04

Here I attach this old orcad program, tested with Esset NOD32 antiviruses
