PC-98: Gather and collect documentation on what the DIP switches are, and what they actually do #374

I'm rather disappointed that there is NO documentation online that I can find describing what the dip switches do.

The only source it seems, is the BIOS setup screen of an actual PC-98 though that is entirely in Japanese.

Though recently I have acquired some old PC-9801's with actual physical dip switches, should that help any.

You can use the Google translate iOS/Android app to translate the text in a saved image, still photo, or live camera feed. Works very well!
