Currently, this value is not needed for my case.
What you want
I don't know if it works, but is it possible that DOSBox-X will be able to emulate the exact same CPU type as the host system, that it will emulate Pentium 4 or Core i9 for example, if the host system uses it? Then I think host could become a perfect value alternative.
Personally, I see no reason why it should be added as of today, but maybe someone else does.

CPU type = hypervisor (pass-through to the host CPU, whatever that is; utilizing the host for performance or accuracy reasons, but I would assume initially not all host features will be shown inside DOSbox-X) - #1089

emulating x86-64 - out of scope, Bochs and QEMU are alternatives for that
