Question

Is it a current limitation that the print does not print even if you print in PC-98 mode?

For example in built-in DOS in PC-98 mode after Z:> type readme.txt> lpt1 he also has no response even CTRL + F2.

Have you checked that no similar question(s) exist?

Did you look at the printing page on the dosbox-x wiki? What do you have setup for the [printer] and [parallel] sections in your dosbox-x config file?

I refer to the wiki's printing section. I couldn't find any specific information about printing in PC-98 mode. config is absent (default).

When started with dosbox-x, lpt1 redirection worked with CTRL+F2. When started with dosbox-x -set machine=pc98 , lpt1 redirection did not work with CTRL+F2.
