lowend9x - recent build doesn't run on NT4 and menu mounting problem #5049

Describe the bug

lowend9x build from November 2023 works in NT4. Today's build gives error:

Today's build also gives error when trying to use the menu: Drive\C\Mount folder as drive Depending on the host:

on Win2K - mounting error
on Vista x86 - OK
on NT4 - 9x build doesn't work

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

just run it under NT4
