unable hide menu bar while voodoo_card = opengl #5050

Describe the bug

as title says unable hide menu bar while voodoo_card = opengl

SDL2 build even reporting opengl error and crashes.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Happens set voodoo_card = opengl try run any staticaly linked 3dfx app/game

try hide menu bar, it wont allow to do it/
