Add patch to play Gun-Stick light gun games with mouse

Years ago a patch was made that added Gun-stick support to DOSBox 0.74: https://sourceforge.net/p/dosbox/patches/255/ Torinde attached a patched DOSBox to this thread: PG-5 PcGun by A4 Tech Support? #3651

DOSBox author ripsaw8080 wrote some .COM files for games Solo and Guillermo Tell to play them even on standard DOSBox:

In some of the links is discussed that the patch can be enhanced to use the joystick as second gun. ManyMouse may allow using a second mouse as well.
