by the way, there is a free FM Towns System ROM is developing: https://github.com/captainys/TOWNSROM
I have this FMV Towns PCI Card that I'm trying to figure out how to use with an ALI Chipset Socket 7 Motherboard, the board I have is the Asus-P5A this link here seems to state it can be done and links two photos showing a "CPU geta" that has a custom cable designed to interface with the towns card directly; http://mujirushi.org/vtowns/p5avm/index.html and this other link, seems to show a bunch of custom cables being made to utilize the full functionality of the card along with some schematics/pin outs, but on an AMD chipset board that isn't socket 7; https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ko... http://mujirushi.org/vtowns/ It appears several different boards work with the card using various different modifications, but that the socket 7 boards are the closest to the original FMV Towns board, hence why I'm trying to figure out how to create that custom adapter/cpu grabber. As of right now, the card's passthrough feature does work, but I can't properly initialize vtowns.com because it needs a direct link to the cpu in some way, and I can't figure out how to make that cable that is shown with the cpu sticking out of it yet. Is anyone here familiar with this curiosity of a card and able to offer any assistance in my quest here?
From the facebook chats:

Here is a new FM TOWNS / Marty Emulator project which might be interesting for the dosbox-x.
Maybe a future TODO item. Or at least a placeholder issue for the topic.
FM Towns is another series of Japanese x86 non pc-compatible computers. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FM_Towns
