IIRC, these are the bugs:

int 0x1f / 0x44: there is one bug, than one running the "tandy64" might not appear as a bug, but the fonts used in the "Commodore 64" splash should be Commodore 64 fonts, and not the default ones.
nmi: when nmi is disabled, keyboard should not be updated. but readying in 0x62 should tell you if a keyboard hit was missed.
minor raster timing issues
