banned dot video: learn to ignore "live streams" with no download link and no working stream URL #1

It seems the downloader is stuck on a dozen entries that were apparently live feeds with no download button. The m3u8 URL is present but the resources within bring up 404 errors. These should be ignored.

Technically these are ignored by the downloader (no download URL) but they are not marked as finished.
