Was hoping to upload this into this site, but do not have access.

Attached is the CAD file in Fusion 360 for the box and changes needed for the MotoButtons project.

I can also upload the 3d printing STL's project files if anyone needs them.

I'm also happy to 3d print the box / gasket for anyone for a small fee plus postage cost - only enough to cover my costs. Anybody who wants to take me up on this, please email me. Address is visible via my profile.

Quick update on my post above. Since I posted the basic Fusion 360 file, I have now created a version of Motobuttons using a 3d printed case, and it incorporates a number of improvements to the base Motobuttons design. Such improvements include:

  1. A specially designed holder for the board, which is sandwiched into place when the lid is screwed on so the board is nice and snug and cannot move, and is held away from the other components.
  2. An improved design on how the joystick is mounted to the case - which increases the strength of the adhesion and improves water proofing.
  3. Made the box slightly bigger to make it a bit easier to wire, and fit all components inside.
  4. Have made it easy to use both on bike power and to make it very easy to perform USB updates using a magnetic mounting adapter and 4 pin cable connector. I have both a USB A cable with the opposing 4 pin connector on it, and the bike power cable has the same 4 pin connector, but utilises only +/-. The bike cable incorporates a simple 12v -> 5v regulator.
  5. Designed a custom handlebar mount, with opposing magnetic receiver for the Motobuttons.

In addition, I have taken the base code, and modified it to suit my own purposes - have removed the DMD and MRA profiles, and modified & improved the mouse mode and media modes to exactly suit my needs (on an Android bike setup, using Key Mapper app to do the hard work).

If anyone is interested in my modifications, I am happy to share. My email address is available via my profile.
