Add feature to export simulations and parameters to hdf5.

Exports network object as an hdf5 file
Should have an option to exclude simulation data
Should only export the latest simulation?
- Edge cases to consider: The user changes parameters but does not run a new simulation. The parameters will not match the simulation on save.
Where should this button be located?

Closed because hdf5 files are too large for this purpose. Continuing work in https://github.com/jonescompneurolab/hnn-core/issues/756 instead.
