One of the links in the checklist is https://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/download It has been down for over a week.

Please point people to the bottom of https://nrn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ for downloading NEURON. The old Yale site is not actively maintained (but it is back online).

@ntolley @jasmainak Linkcheck test if this https://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/download works. It seems we shouldn't be using it. Looking forward for you comments
