GUI - Data to compare widget disabled after loading 2nd sim #826

Steps to reproduce:

[XX] State: load gui, run default, load data, select -> fig1, ax1 data to compare dropdown is unavailable
[XX] State: load gui, run default, load data, select -> fig1, ax1 -> Clear axis type dropdown incorrectly shows the loaded data data to compare dropdown is unavailable

Part of this bug is related to the action of updating the type dropdown of axis1 in fig1 is with simulation names, instead of figures types. But, I dont know if that's a bug or it's supposed work like that. gui-bug1
