Recode CAPTCHA generation #367

Goals

  1. Use own module instead of a different repository
  2. Use custom fonts
  3. Allow custom CAPTCHA generators through Sonar's API
  4. Make the CAPTCHA easier to read for humans, but also harder to solve for AI
