Have a cooler way to do this.

Ideas on why a Junior stays:

Want to win NCG
Too many other good player in that position
Maybe if you haven't won any bowls / have been bad last three years he will want to leave
Perhaps some way to convince juniors to stay? (Money from recruiting budget?)
