Ugly plugins don't build in the latest revision. #82

I observe in the Visual Studio's build output after "Rebuild solution" command:

------ Build started: Project: Plugins-Ugly-GPL, Configuration: Release x86 
------
Unhandled Exception:Value does not fall within the expected range.
Error: Value does not fall within the expected range.

That's a WiX issue. Try installing a newer version or the exact one provided in 
<OSSBuild>/ReadMe.txt. Then delete everything in the "Deployment" and "Build" 
folders and try again.

The gstmad was a culprit. 
It's reference icon had a small exclamation sign in the wix project in the 
solution explorer.
I removed it and added again, and everything became fine.
