A number of keyboard changes and bugfixes:

Removes duplicate u key
Makes sure GO button does not add + when guess is incomplete
Ensures the keyboard is using "pointer" icon instead of text select and disallow select
Changes the visual layout a bit:
- Makes "GO" button wider
- Removes gaps within row

I understand that the looks changes are up to taste, feel free to only cherry-pick fixes or tell me how you would prefer it to look.

Can also squash commits on request.

Thanks! I already did half of this before looking at the PR list, then just manually added in the rest.
