Pre-trained Image Segmentation Model #21

If possible, I hope you can upload a pre-trained image segmentation model. That's the model that the variable filename_model points to in header.py. This will make it easier to process data that does not contain information about the location of the lungs.

Hello, I am using this work as base paper for my PhD. I need help in implementing the code as I have no knowledge of how to implement pre trained deep models.
