Blog category pages are not migrated to menus #108

The blog category pages are regularly referred to in menus. However, the scripts currently only migrate regular pages, not blog category pages or others, such as home pages. Home pages have their own issue: this is the one for blog category pages.

I'm closing this. I actually expect there will be many settings we will perform by hand on the sites, such as the column elements on pages and the blogs in the sidebars.
