Migrating headers of pages/posts/etc. #109

Right now, the headers of pages, posts, etc. are not migrated. They should be.

I think we need to do this by hand. I have documented how to do so and shared this with @floort. @floort, do you agree this should be a manual migration? It seems like a lot of trouble for a few images to automate it.

OK, I could not resist and I automated the process. It's actually quite a hassle, glad that I did automate it.

The headers work on all sites. I leave it to @miekedewit to tell me whether this suffices. If it does, please close this issue.
