Place Occurrence field higher in new event window #152

The Occurrence field is too low in the new event window. It should be higher for convenience.

This is not possible with Django only. See https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/4848

There are workarounds, see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18390627/how-can-i-display-a-django-admin-inline-model-within-a-fieldset, but these are rather ugly and/or involve quite some code, as far as I can see.

I am not sure a complex workaround is worth it.
