Korean speech to English text (with speech)

User scenario

• Run the Hololens app
• Click speech button (or whatever)
• Speak Korean
• After a while, see english text, listen english speech

Process

• [x] Record to wav file using hololens microphone
• [x] Use google speech-to-text, get english text and show holo space
• [x] Use google translate, get translate text target language (maybe "en")
• [x] Use google text-to-speech, get sound stream and play, listen english speech.

• Google.Speech.API: speech to text same language
• Google.Translate.API: text to translate text other language
