Touch coordinate does not aligned with actual display's coordinates #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Inject touch event from PC server
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A coordinate that user has clicked on server should be matched to devices's 
actual display coordinates.
But in some devices, there are some problem with matching coordinates properly.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Seems to there are no issues on Nexus S (4.0.5).
