could open many anchored windows at once #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. visit 
http://swip.codylindley.com/DOMWindowDemo.html#inlineContentExample6
2. click demo -> open DOM window
3. drag the opened window ,and click this anchor again and again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should open only one window by each anchor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ie7, windows xp , firefox 3.0 win xp

Please provide any additional information below.
