Added Fullscreen support for jquery.popupWindow #29

Hi, I had a request by a very big client to make a fullscreen popup,
so I've added the functionality to the source. 

I'm attaching the modified source.

Usage is simple, just add a 
   fullScreen:1
in your popup settings.
