Three issues in general testing #4

According to the latest code test of the main branch, encounter the following three issues:

  1. When running azd up in Codespace and Codespace with VSCode, an error will be reported. In the Devcontainer environment, running the azd up command not encounter this issue. image
  2. When running the azd pipeline config command in Codespaces, Codespace with VSCode and Devcontainer with VSCode environments, the following error is encountered: image
  3. When running the azd show command after running the azd up command in Codespaces, Codespace with VSCode and Devcontainer with VSCode environments, the following error is encountered: image
