Links at the top of the manual removed. Antora make a list of links automatically, based on the markup.
At some point I would like to change the name of the manual reference to odraw (or ocpn_draw?), after any updates are made. I have not been using _pi for other plugins (sheer laziness).
Some other stuff to work on and then I hope to have a demo available.
