Update manual #469

Forgot the skips and closed the last PR. Now corrected.

Name of manual changed from odraw1.6_pi to odraw.

Pages/antora.yml adjusted for name change.

title: is now odraw iso odraw manual. This is to improve UI on the website.

Got tired of using ocpn-user-plugins-manual;)

The layout is not as good as the old manual. Is it possible to tighten up the text (reduce spaces between lines, remove some of the whitespace) and manage the position of some of the icons?
