Ocpn Draw_Manager Icons are too small #525

The Icon adjustment bar does not cover a big enough range. If it could be made DPI aware it would be better I think, so it is the same size as other icons. Use one of the toolbar icons to get this to show.

Jon, you are back. I am going to increment the version I have to 1.8.26 and push it to plugins, just to complete this issue. Then its all yours, I will be gone sailing for 11 days.

Increment is to 1.8.27.0, it is building now rgleason branch: master

Jon, these icons got smaller with the last update.

OD 1.8.27.0 has icon scaling in OCPN->Settings->Plugins->OD->Preferences->General Is this not sufficient?
