Since there is a way to edit CMDT in-memory through Flow, I've simplified my approach

Simplified & cleaned up flow & saver classes
Removed FlowCustomMetadataEditor - not needed since Flows can update the CMDT record fields
Deleted extra prototype class - this was unintentionally added to the repo
Updated README & screenshots to reflect latest code changes
