Labels are missing.

I was faced with your paper "Automatic railroad track components inspection using real-time instance segmentation". It is a great work, congrats for that. However, in this repo I could not find the annotations of your images. In paper, it is written that you used "labelme" tool but you did not provide your labels or its just me who can't see the annotation file ?
