The Monte Carlo Diffusion and Collision simulator (MC/DC), is a C++ open-source Diffusion-Weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging (DW-MRI) Monte Carlo Simulator.
The current changes should make it run with all the old conf files. Multi compartment diffusion is only added for cylinders and spheres, and I have added to separate conf files for those examples
