only add release tag on release trigger #63

Hey joni1802,

I overlooked the workflow_dispatch trigger. I added a prepare step to conditionally add the release version to the docker tag. So on a manual build it only tags with latest.

thank you for the fix. I have already encountered the problem when starting the action manually. Your solution looks good. I will merge it later.
