New release for bower #312

When installing with Bower, an old version, using Angular 1.5.x code, but with tag 1.5.1 is installed. A new release with tag 1.6.2 should be created to prevent this.

Hi @oli4jansen, maybe I've missed something, but I can't see the new version being released (version number bumped), so there is the tag isn't obviously created.

Do you please mean that new version should be released?

@joni2back Would be good to get a new release, the last one is from 2016 and there were 96 commits in the meantime. A beta version would be fine.
