remove the extraneous widget setup #3

Things like GDAL are no longer necessary. Excise those from the setup instructions.

GDAL GEOS PROJ.4 UDUNITS (I wouldn't swear to this last one, but that string does not appear in the lesson text anywhere.)

none of those are necessary anymore.
