[BUG] Locale changed to en-US after opening license #321

Please make sure you've tried the latest version of Fritter first, as the F-Droid version is sometimes out of date!

Describe the bug After opening license statements from setting, most part of texts becomes English even if another locale is used.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to "Setting"
  2. Click on "Licenses"
  3. Open license of "StackWalker" for instance
  4. Back to main view
  5. Move to another tab

Device Your device model : G8441 OS version : 8.0.0 Device locale/language : ja-JP Fritter version : v2.16.2+20220120

Amazing. Since Fritter doesn't have a setting to change its locale and that I didn't want to change the locale of my entire phone, this allowed me to change fritter to en-US to fix #313 temporarily.

Please don't fix this before fixing #313 😅 Relevant xkcd

Not sure if I should open a separate issue, but I'm currently in Costa Rica and when I search things the results are primarily Spanish results which appears to be locale IP based search, but if I was signed into my American Twitter account the results are different.

I know that NewPipe allows changing the primary search country maybe Fritter could too?
