[REQ] Furigana Japanese Tweets #409

Describe the problem that needs solving I love using fritter for basically having an English, Japanese, and German Twitter feed easily accessible. As I am currently studying Japanese and do not know much in the way of Kanji, I was thinking to myself if it is possible to actually add Furigana to the tweets or not seeing as that data is coming from Twitter directly seemingly.

Describe the solution you'd like Ideally if it is possible I would love to see the Furigana readings of the Kanji that is showing on the tweets but I'm not sure if this is even possible with how the code seems to work from my limited understanding of the programming language. This way it would show the original tweet with the Kanji but above the Kanji characters or something we could see the Furigana readings of the characters.

I'm not too sure I understand - my knowledge of Japanese is quite small! Do you have a screenshot of another app or website that does something similar, or are you able to mock up a quick diagram/drawing?

Totally understood. I have linked an example of Kanji with the Furigana above that shows the Hiragana reading each character.
