[REQ] Pin And Group Trending Regions #634

Describe the problem that needs solving I like to keep up with trends and find myself checking the trending pages of quite a few different countries and their regions, so having to scroll through a gargantuan list with subsections everytime i want to switch to a different region's trending page is a bit frustrating.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd love to have a way to pin regions and have an option to either automatically sort the pinned entries into country folders or sort them into custom-named folders, kind-of like how it is in the subscriptions page.

PS : I feel like it would be better if the worldwide page always stays on the surface and seperate from the custom/auto folders as a sort of global, constant entity, since.. you know.. it's the worldwide page.

Oh wait, a variant of this exists in the 3.x beta.
