[BUG] Removing accounts from subscription list does not remove them from the feed #701

Describe the bug After an account is removed from the subscription list their tweets still show up in the feed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to subscriptions
  2. Remove account
  3. Refresh feed
  4. Account still in feed

Device samsung s9, android 10, Fritter v3.0.0-beta+300000988
