Mouse support in menu is incomplete #24

Since mouse support was introduce it don't work in some menus, e.g. General 
Options, Joystick menu, etc. Mouse support in game mode setting menu also be 
nice.

I have added mouse support for the following menu items: General Options, 
Joystick settings, Game tuning, AI settings and sent the diff to Nick who 
should make some use of them.
