[NetPlay] better labeling/display of the preset in game rooms

When using "View Settings..." in a room, it should clearly show what kind of 
Preset is being used if that is the case. Since less and less people will know 
how to navigate the "custom" settings, they can't dertermine easily (if at 
all), if this is "TOJ" or "NullpoMino AllSpin", etc.

Better yet, it should show the Preset Name (or Custom) in the Lobby Room List + 
when inside the room somewhere (room window title?).
