Same here

nachbelichtet commented 2 months ago

Could it be an issue with the refresh token?

I don't see any further entries in the system protocol.

However, I have also noticed that the operation via the Al-ko app always takes longer and I almost always get an error message first, but the robot starts a few minutes later anyway.

Is there any news on this problem? Has anyone found a solution? Does it help to delete the component and reinstall or reconfigure it?

mandragora666 commented 2 months ago

Same by me

tezvienna commented 2 months ago

I had to completely uninstall the integration, then reinstall and reconfigure it, after which it worked again without any problems. I hope that this remains an isolated case and does not happen more often. I don't know the cause.

michaeltryl commented 2 months ago

I deleted the integration Reboted Installed the integration Reboted

Then i tryed to add it again but get the message no_implementations

michaeltryl commented 2 months ago

Mine is working now too; I had overlooked that this needed to be done first. https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/application_credentials/

chavotronic commented 2 months ago

Same issue here. Reinstalled, reconfigured and now it works again.

mschmidt29 commented 1 month ago

I reconfigure, complete Reboot but: No application_credentials platform for alko

I don't know, what to do.

Did you do this https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/application_credentials/ I had overlooked that, but after I did it, it worked

Today I had to remove the integration again, add it again and configure it because it no longer worked. Again, the cause is unclear; maybe the access to the API is always broken after a while? @jonkristian You've never had such problems?

jonkristian commented 1 month ago

@tezvienna There's a high chance of bugs in the code, the setup of the integration for instance is not optimal, please see #7 .

Earlier this summer I had some issues with getting my mower to run at all (not related to this integration), and then I've been extremely busy so I have not had time to look into it, so I don't really have a good answer for you :/

Hopefully I will get some more time next summer, or if someone else wants to look at the code.

I have the same problem, but when i reinstall it, it works for 1 minute, and then the connection disappears.
