Hei

Jeg sliter med å koble til mine roth touchline termostater mot homey. Finnes det en prosedyre for hvordan dette skal gjøres? :)

Hei Georg,

  1. Åpne Homey app'n
  2. Trykk "... Mer" nede i høyre hjørne
  3. Trykk "Apper"
  4. Trykk på "Roth" App'n
  5. Trykk tannhjul oppe i høyre hjørne.
  6. Trykk "Opprett diagnistikkrapport", og send den.

Etter steg 4 er det også en Konfigurer opsjon du kan bruke for å sette Roth controller IP.

Desverre inneholdt ikke diagnostikk rapporten noe informasjon, og bildet du prøvde å legge ved her fungerte ikke.

Noen tips:

Jeg skal se på muligheten til å la Homey App'n detektere hva som er korrekt IP adresse.

Fantastisk, da funker det!

Viste seg at det var feil IP adresse, endret den og restartet appen og nå funker det som det skal.

Takker så mye for en super app og ikke minst kjemperaskt respons på min henvendelse.

Hi, I am also having issues connecting to the Roth touch line controllers. Does it matter if the router which the wireless connection module is a repeater router not running on 2G? Hope this makes sense, super new to this. Michael
