Rails 4? #31

Hey Jon,

Any plans to make this rails4 compatible? I added an appraisal and the tests don't run.

I'm happy to take a look as well, but I just got started with rails4, so it may take me some time to get up-to-speed.

I've not looked into it yet as I have yet to upgrade my app to Rails 4. I'd be pleased to see a PR.

@jonleighton Do you have an official standpoint on Rails 4 compatibility? Would love to use FC in a new project, but the date of the last commit is kinda scary.

Rails 4 is supported as of 2 months ago, so this can be closed.
