Update FocusedController to support Rails 4.1 #35

I have updated dependencies for Rails 4.1 and fixed few tests to pass with all supported versions.

There is another issue with this gem, sorry. We need to release dependency on action pack to < 4.2, because right now it is incompatible with rails 4.1.1
