wish: update docs to explain what's wrong with cursor.skip #5

A brief explanation of why it's useful to avoid cursor.skip would improve the documentation.

Hi, yes of course. Thanks for the suggestion. Are you aware of the benefit or was this only a heads up?

I'm not yet aware. I realize a quick Google would probably solve that for me, but assuming it can be easily expressed, it would be nice to include in the documentation even if the answer is easily found.

Others like me might be new enough not to be aware, and might find your plugin as I did by browsing npmjs.org.
