@jonlives looks like there is some more work to be done here (TODOs). I am willing to do this work but I am afraid I won't finish it by end of week.

@jeunito no worries, thanks for all the hard work! I'd really like to get this release out this week, so will move this PR to the release after, which will take the pressure off you a bit.
