[ ] Is there a way to make a "thank you page" after someone fills out the RSVP?
[ ] Should we make a new section between "ceremony" and "things to do"? Called something like "Event Details" or something, to include:
What to wear - Attire is cocktail party inspired, but think summer and garden! Barring inclement weather, most of the evening's festivities will be outside, mainly on grass. Ladies: feel free to wear fancy shoes, but there will be a bit of walking (again, in grass). Wedges, flats, and sandals are always a good bet!
Location - Most of the evening's festivities will take place outside, and there will be a bit of walking in grass. Check out the venue's website to get a feel for the setting!
Transportation - Charter buses will pick up guests at each of the three hotels listed under accommodations, for arrival at Belle Haven in time for the ceremony. At the end of the evening, buses will transport guests back to the hotels. If you are not staying at one of these hotels, you can still catch a ride on a bus — just make sure to be there in time for a pick-up! Pick-up times will be listed here soon!
Sunday Brunch - Jon and Katel will be casually brunching at Brookville on Sunday morning at 11:00AM. We have not organized a formal gathering, though guests are absolutely welcome to join us at the restaurant!
Should we add Brookville to the list of restaurants under things to do?
Part of me wants to add stuff about the band, etc. but the other half is kind of like, I want people to be surprised and just let the day unfold. And we'll have programs on the day - that we could, actually, digitize (or I can just transcribe to text) so that we can post on the site. And folks can see it like, that day.
[ ] Is there anything else we need to update this with? I feel like in the welcome bags, along with the map we can just say "check the website for event updates" or something.
Yep, was thinking about changing "ceremony and reception" to "details", and putting them all there. Would extend the whitespace above the photo to accommodate. All that content sounds great, and I wouldn't worry about shoehorning Brookville in to the list.
Yeah, The last thing we should do is say "keep an eye on the site during the weekend" b/c I'd like to have it turn into a schedule.
