Add application whitelisting. #768

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to use redshift all the time, regardless of the time of day, however I don't want to have my colors messed up in certain applications.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like for redshift to have application whitelising. This way, when a whitelisted process is the active window, redshit automatically disables itslef, and re-enables after leaving that window. This can be useful for color senstive tasks just as image editing with gimp or programming (for highlighting). Also have an option to disable it for fullscreen apps, so it disables itself on fullscreen youtube and games.

Maybe it should be rather blacklisted? Or have combination of both. But sure, great idea also with optional full-screen detection. Maybe combine them all.
